Once production has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund due to time and material costs.

Local delivery is available within the PE11 area (or as agreed).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

Once goods are collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the customer for safe transport, storage, and presentation.

We recommend cakes are kept refrigerated or at a cool room temperature until served.
6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of cakes, returns are not accepted once collected or delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only in exceptional cases where a product is proven faulty or not as agreed.

Minor variations in colour, decoration, or size do not qualify as faults.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.
